Winds this afternoon will gust up to 20 mph out of the west northwest
before settling down this evening and becoming light and variable
overnight through Tuesday morning. Dry conditions are expected today,
although diurnal cumulus has developed resulting in mostly cloudy skies.
These clouds will rapidly dissipate this evening as the sun begins to
set resulting in partly cloudy skies. Minimum relative humidity values
are expected to drop down to 32 percent this afternoon.
