At 1039 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Silver Lake to near Albert City to 4 miles northeast of Newell. Movement was east at 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail and additional rainfall up to one inch. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.
