...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT
BAY...SAGINAW...SHIAWASSEE... NORTHWESTERN GENESEE AND EASTERN
MIDLAND COUNTIES THROUGH 315 PM EDT...

At 200 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from near Pinconning to 7 miles
north of St. Charles to near Laingsburg. Movement was east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Saginaw, Midland, Bay City, Owosso, Durand, Chesaning, Perry, Auburn,
St. Charles, Pinconning, Laingsburg, Sanford, New Lothrop, Freeland,
Kawkawlin, Corunna, Essexville, Zilwaukee, Montrose, and Morrice.

This includes the following highways...
 I-75 between mile markers 138 and 185.
 I-675 between mile markers 1 and 7.
 I-69 between mile markers 98 and 123.
 US-10 between mile markers 115 and 139.
