Sunny skies with brisk north winds prevailed across Kansas today.
Daytime highs were in the cooler 40s with north winds of 15 to 25
mph.

Winds will diminish tonight as surface high pressure build over
the Heartland tonight. Clear skies and colder temperatures will be
in store for the region. Overnight lows will range from the teens
in Nebraska to the mid 20s in central Oklahoma.

The colder temperatures will remain in place across the central
plains for Monday with southerly winds returning to the region
later in the day. Daytime highs will range from the warmer 50s in
western sections of Nebraska and Kansas with colder readings in
the lower 40s over eastern areas of Nebraska and Kansas.
