Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A cold front along
the coast early tonight will move inland and weaken. High
pressure will build in from the W tonight through Tue night and
then strengthen through Wed night. A warm front will move over
the N waters later Tue night into Wed, then move inland Wed
night. The area of high pressure will gradually weaken across the
waters Thu and Thu night as a trough develops along the coast.
The high pressure will persist over the waters into Fri, then
weaken and shift inland Fri night. Weak low pressure will develop
over the S waters Sat and lift N through Sat night.
