This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of central...south
central...southwest and west central Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Day 1 Discussion
----------------
A small thunderstorm complex across far southwest Kansas will slowly
dissolve through the mid morning hours. Redevelopment of
thunderstorms is likely during the afternoon, mainly south of
the Arkansas River. No severe weather is forecast, but some local
flooding will be possible in some spots given the rich moisture
levels present and slow-moving nature of storms.

* Lightning: Significant risk

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Days 2-7 Discussion
-------------------
There will be a pretty good chance for thunderstorm activity,
some of which organized, just about every day this period
through early next week. The main risk will be flooding as
some areas will likely see several inches of additional
rainfall across mainly far southwest Kansas.
