THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL...SOUTH
CENTRAL...SOUTHWEST AND WEST CENTRAL KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

SNOW IS EXPECTED ON FRIDAY. THE MOST LIKELY AREAS FOR
ACCUMULATING SNOWFALL IN EXCESS OF ONE INCH WILL BE WEST OF A HAYS
TO GARDEN CITY LINE. EXCESSIVE SNOW AMOUNTS ARE NOT EXPECTED,
HOWEVER ACCUMULATING SNOW COULD EASILY MAKE ROADS SLICK ON FRIDAY.

THE COLDEST AIR OF THE SEASON IS EXPECTED BY TUESDAY AND TUESDAY
NIGHT. A COMBINATION OF NORTH SURFACE WIND AND TEMPERATURES FALLING
IN THE SINGLE DIGITS COULD DRIVE WIND CHILL TEMPERATURES INTO THE
10 TO 20 BELOW ZERO RANGE ESPECIALLY TUESDAY NIGHT AND WEDNESDAY
MORNING.
