NORTHEAST WISCONSIN. STRONG WINDS WILL PRODUCE CONSIDERABLE
BLOWING AND DRIFTING OF THE SNOW...ESPECIALLY IN EASTERN
WISCONSIN. THE COMBINATION OF FALLING SNOW AND BLOWING AND
DRIFTING SNOW WILL RESULT IN DIFFICULT TRAVEL CONDITIONS. PLEASE
