TO MANDALE TO DELPHOS...MOVING SLOWLY EAST AT 15 MPH.

WIND GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH AND PEA SIZE HAIL ARE POSSIBLE WITH THESE
STORMS ALONG WITH TORRENTIAL RAINFALL AND LOCALIZED FLOODING.
