THE SOUTH BETWEEN 15 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 30 MPH WITH RELATIVE
HUMIDITY VALUES DROPPING INTO THE 30 TO 40 PERCENT RANGE. THIS
WILL LEAD TO A SLIGHTLY ELEVATED FIRE WEATHER CONCERN SOUTH OF
