This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central and
southern Minnesota...and west central Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Patchy dense fog is expected across east central Minnesota and
portions of west central Wisconsin through mid morning. Expect
visibilities to drop to one quarter of a mile or less at times.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

Confidence is high that a strong winter storm will track across
the Upper Midwest late this week. However, exact snowfall amounts
are not known, but parts of southern Minnesota and west central
Wisconsin will see heavy snowfall.


SKYWARN spotter activation will not be needed.
