SNOW ACCUMULATIONS FROM 2 TO 5 INCHES ARE EXPECTED TODAY.
NORTHWEST WINDS WILL INCREASE INTO THE AFTERNOON AND GUSTS AROUND
40 MPH ARE EXPECTED WITH BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW AND REDUCED
VISIBILITY. THE STRONGEST WIND WILL BE ACROSS WESTERN AND SOUTHERN
MINNESOTA THROUGH THE AFTERNOON.
