.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

Thunderstorms are expected later this evening into Thursday
morning. Some of the storms could become strong or severe with
damaging winds or large hail south of a line from Rhinelander to
Baileys Harbor. Some of the thunderstorms could also produce
torrential rainfall which could lead to some urban street flooding
and ponding of water on area roadways.

Due to recent heavy rains, above normal river flows continue on
many area streams and rivers, especially downstream of hydro
plants. Boaters and fishermen should use caution due to fast
flows.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Another round of thunderstorms are forecast for Thursday afternoon
into Thursday night as a cold front slowly settles to the south.
Some of these storms could become strong or severe with damaging
wids and large hail south of a line from Marshfield to Green Bay
to Algoma.

Thunderstorms are possible during the upcoming weekend into early
next week, primarily during the afternoon hours. It is too early
to determine whether any of these storms could become severe.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation may be needed later this evening into Thursday
morning, and again Thursday afternoon into Thursday night.
