AN AREA OF LIGHT SNOW...WITH BURSTS OF MODERATE SNOW...WILL MOVE
ACROSS EASTERN IOWA AND NORTHWEST AND WESTERN ILLINOIS THIS MORNING.
VISIBILITIES WILL BE REDUCED TO LESS THAN A MILE IN THE HEAVIER
SNOW. WITH TEMPERATURES IN THE TEENS TO LOWER 20S ROADWAYS WILL BE
SNOW COVERED AND HAZARDOUS. THE SNOW IS EXPECTED TO DIMINISH OR
END BY LATE THIS MORNING OR EARLY THIS AFTERNOON.

ROADS...BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES MAY BE SLICK AND HAZARDOUS WITH THE
SNOW AND ICE ACCUMULATIONS. BE EXTRA CAUTIOUS ON BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES.
