  A THUNDERSTORM WITH LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL 7 MILES SOUTHWEST OF
  LINCOLN...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
  LINCOLN.

LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN AND 40 TO 50 MPH WINDS ARE POSSIBLE WITH THIS
STORM.
