DOUGLAS COUNTIES UNTIL 1115 AM CST...

At 1009 AM CST, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near St. Joseph to near Nokomis. Movement was
east at 35 mph.

Nickel size hail and wind gusts up to 50 mph will be possible with
these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Danville, Charleston, Mattoon, Shelbyville, Tuscola, Sullivan,
Urbana, Savoy, Pana, St. Joseph, Georgetown, Tolono, Westville,
Arcola, Tilton, Villa Grove, Arthur, Catlin, Neoga and Oakwood.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 57 between mile markers 169 and 227.
 Interstate 74 between mile markers 187 and 220.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
