Crawfordsville, Anderson, Muncie, Indianapolis, Terre Haute,
Shelbyville, Bloomington, Columbus, Vincennes, Bedford, and Seymour

This hazardous weather outlook is for central Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Outlook: Scattered thunderstorms.

Hazards: Gusty winds, frequent lightning, small hail, and brief

Timing: This afternoon and evening.

Discussion: An upper level disturbance will trigger scattered showers
and thunderstorms this afternoon and evening.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Outlook: Thunderstorms are possible later this week, from Wednesday
night through Saturday night. Severe storms are not expected at this
time, however there is a threat for heavy rainfall towards the
latter part of the week.

Discussion:  An increasingly warm and moist southerly flow ahead of
an approaching cold front will result in increased chances for
thunderstorms later this week.


Spotter activation is not anticipated.
