Including the cities of Lafayette, Frankfort, Kokomo,
Crawfordsville, Anderson, Muncie, Indianapolis, Terre Haute,
Shelbyville, Bloomington, Columbus, Vincennes, Bedford, and Seymour

This hazardous weather outlook is for central Indiana.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

Outlook: Thunderstorms possible.

Hazards: Lightning and gusty winds.

Timing: Showers and storm chances increasing into early evening with
best chances tonight.

Discussion: Showers and a few thunderstorms will increase across the
area for the rest of the afternoon and into tonight as low pressure
tracks into the mid Mississippi Valley. Winds may gust to around 35
MPH through early evening outside of thunderstorms.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Outlook: Thunderstorms will be possible on Sunday afternoon and again
Monday afternoon and evening across much of the area. A few strong
to severe storms are possible across southern sections of central
Indiana on Monday. Lightning and brief heavy rainfall are threats
from any thunderstorm.

Discussion: A couple of low pressure systems will bring unsettled
weather early in the week with showers and a few thunderstorms across
the Ohio Valley.


Spotter activation is not anticipated.
