This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of Southwest North
Carolina...East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Moderate to locally heavy rain will move into the area today.
With the ground already saturated from previous rainfall, there
could be some localized flooding of streams and low-lying areas
today into early tonight. A Flood Watch has been issued for parts
of the Cumberland Plateau and Southwest Virginia.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

Also, around next Wednesday there could be some thunderstorms
with strong outflow winds. This threat will be monitored, but is
still several days away.


Spotter activation is not likely.
