* LOCATION...PORTIONS OF NORTHEAST AND EAST CENTRAL NEW MEXICO
  STRETCHING FROM THE CLINES CORNERS AREA TO RATON AND EASTWARD
  INTO UNION AND HARDING COUNTIES.

* WINDS...SOUTHWEST 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO AROUND 50 MPH
  POSSIBLE.

* TIMING...WINDS WILL INCREASE RAPIDLY THIS MORNING...REACHING
  THEIR PEAK EARLY TO MID AFTERNOON THEN DIMINISHING EARLY
  EVENING.

* VISIBILITY...NO SIGNIFICANT IMPACTS TO VISIBILITY ARE EXPECTED.

* LOCAL IMPACTS...HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES TRAVELING ALONG INTERSTATE
  25 FROM NEAR GLORIETA TO THE COLORADO BORDER MAY BE AFFECTED.
