ONTARIO THROUGH MID TO LATE AFTERNOON BEFORE DIMINISHING THIS
EVENING. TODAY WILL BE THE COLDEST DAY OF THE WEEK...WITH THE
POTENTIAL FOR RECORD SETTING TEMPERATURES. TEMPERATURES WILL
MODERATE SOME THE REST OF THE WEEK...BUT WILL REMAIN 10 TO 20
DEGREES BELOW NORMAL. THE NEXT CHANCE FOR A WIDESPREAD LIGHT
SNOWFALL COMES TUESDAY NIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY...THEN LAKE SNOWS ARE
POSSIBLE THE REMAINDER OF THE WEEK SOUTHEAST OF LAKE ONTARIO.
