ROLLING PLAINS AND FAR SOUTHEASTERN PANHANDLE BEFORE DISSIPATING.
AN ADDITIONAL DUSTING TO QUARTER OF AN INCH OF SNOWFALL WILL BE
POSSIBLE. TRAVEL WILL REMAIN HAZARDOUS THROUGH THE DAY AS
TEMPERATURES WILL ONLY WARM INTO THE LOW 20S AT BEST.
