Through 8 pm, scattered virga and light rain showers will
continue across much of the South Plains and Rolling Plains,
generally east of Interstate 27. This activity will generally
move to the north-northeast at 25 to 30 mph and bring only trace
amounts of rain and gusty winds to around 35 mph. Some moderate
rain showers may also develop across the southern Rolling Plains.
