WILL CONTINUE TO DROP THROUGH THE AFTERNOON HOURS. AREAS OF
FREEZING RAIN AND SLEET WILL GRADUALLY TRANSITION OVER TO SNOW...
WITH NEW REPORTS OF ALL SNOW IN MATADOR AND MEMPHIS. MOTORIST
SHOULD BE ALERT FOR ROADS BECOMING SLICK AND ICY. ELEVATED
BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES WILL BE THE FIRST TO ICE UP. SLOW
