Isolated light showers are expected to continue across the South
Plains and southern Texas Panhandle this afternoon. A few heavier
showers and possibly a thunderstorm may develop over the western
South Plains from near Denver City north to near Morton by 4 pm.
Heavier showers in this area may amount to a tenth to quarter of
an inch, while mostly trace totals will result elsewhere.
