...Summary...
The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh PA has confirmed a
tornado near Uniontown in Fayette County Pennsylvania on Feb 15
2018.

Details of the tornado and the associated damage will be issued
this afternoon upon completion of the damage survey. But damage
consistent with wind up to 105 mph was evaluated, which rates this
tornado as EF1 on the Enhanced Fujita Scale.

Since 1950, this is the first recorded tornado in the NWS
Pittsburgh area of responsibility during the month of February.
