Past 24 hour precipitation...
Light rain and drizzle fell across much of northern West
Virginia over the past 24 hours. Rainfall totals were 0.10
inches or less.

Forecast precipitation for the next 48 hours...
Basin average rainfall and/or liquid equivalent of snow is
forecast to range from 0.75 to 1.50 inches across southwest
Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia. Across the remainder
of western Pennsylvania and eastern Ohio, basin average
rainfall or the liquid equivalent of snow is forecast to range
from a trace to 0.75 inches. Precipitation amounts decrease
from southeast to northwest across the region.

River trends...
Area rivers are forecast to rise in response to the forecast
rainfall. Only Grays landing is forecast to reach or exceed
action stage.
