portions of Ohio and Western Pennsylvania. Water equivalents of
the snowfall was 0.10 inches or less.

Forecast precipitation for the next 48 hours...
Basin average rainfall and/or liquid equivalent of snow is forecast
to range from 1.00 to 1.80 inches.

River trends...
Most rivers are expected to rise sharply over the next 48 hours in
response to the anticipated precipitation. While a number of
locations are expected to reach action stages, no flooding is
expected.
