Basin average rainfall is forecast to range from 2 to 3 inches
across parts of the Upper Monongahela and Upper Ohio basins. The
remaining basins will average between a quarter of an inch to 1 inch
of rainfall.

River trends...
River stages will rise across the Monongahela and Ohio rivers and
are forecast to crest by mid-week. Other river stages will fluctuate
little through Wednesday. No flooding is expected at this time.
