during the past 24 hours. Rainfall amounts ranged from a trace
to 0.25 inches.

Forecast precipitation for the next 48 hours...
Basin average rainfall and/or liquid equivalent of snow is
forecast to range from 0.75 to 1.50 inches.

River trends...
Large rises are forecast along the Allegheny and Upper Ohio
rivers and across Eastern Ohio. Numerous locations are expected
to reach actions stages. No flooding is forecast.
