* URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...
  SOUTHERN CROCKETT COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL TEXAS...

* UNTIL 115 AM CDT

* AT 1113 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN
  OVER SOUTHWEST CROCKETT COUNTY...JUST OF THE PECOS RIVER AND SOUTH
  OF INTERSTATE 10. RAINFALL AMOUNTS HAVE 1.5 TO 2.5 INCHES DURING
  THE PAST HOUR. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES THROUGH
  115 AM WILL PRODUCE FLOODING ON CREEKS AND STREAMS.

* IMPACTS FROM THIS HEAVY RAINFALL WILL INCLUDE:
  FLOODING OF LOW LYING ROADS AND INTERSECTIONS.
  FLOODING OF LOW WATER CROSSINGS...AVOID THESE AREAS.
  RAPID RISE OF AREA CREEKS...STREAMS...AND ARROYOS.

LOCATIONS IN THE ADVISORY INCLUDE...

THIS INCLUDES THE LOW WATER CROSSINGS...
  CROSSINGS ALONG COUNTY ROAD 411...
  LIVE OAK ROAD CROSSING LIVE OAK CREEK...
AND OTHER LOW LYING AND FLOOD PRONE PORTIONS OF CROCKETT COUNTY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE ELEVATED LEVELS ON
SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...AND PONDING OF WATER ON COUNTRY ROADS AND
FARMLAND ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS.
