The National Weather Service in San Angelo has issued a

* Arroyo and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  Southwestern Haskell County in west central Texas...

* Until 930 PM CDT

* At 736 PM CDT, the Haskell county sheriff has reported water over
  Highway 6...6 to 7 miles south of Rule. Flooded roadways are also
  likely on FM 1661 and FM 1226 east of Sagerton. Radar has
  estimated 5 inches of rainfall from 5 southwest of Haskell to 10
  miles southwest of Haskell...or just east of Sagerton. This will
  cause arroyo and small stream flooding in the advisory area
  through 930 PM. Additional rainfall amounts of 1/4 inch are likely
  as storms diminish over the Sagerton area this evening.
