IOWA TONIGHT WITH TOTAL ACCUMULATIONS OF A TRACE TO AN INCH OR SO.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY NIGHT THROUGH WEDNESDAY

A POTENT STORM SYSTEM LIFTING INTO THE CENTRAL PLAINS WILL BE THE
FOCUS FOR A SIGNIFICANT WINTER WEATHER EVENT LATE THIS WEEKEND AND
INTO EARLY NEXT WEEK. SPECIFIC TIMING AND AMOUNTS OF PRECIPITATION
REMAIN UNCERTAIN AT THIS TIME. HOWEVER...IT DOES APPEAR PROBABLE
THAT ICE AND SNOW ACCUMULATIONS WILL OCCUR SUNDAY THROUGH MONDAY
NIGHT.
