in Arkansas east of I49. Movement was to the south at around 30 mph.
The average amount where it rained last hour was less than one tenth
of an inch with maximum amounts of one tenth to one quarter of an
inch. Coverage increased during the last hour. The Tulsa area
forecast for late this afternoon and into this evening, sunny,
temperatures 75 to 78 degrees with northwest winds 5 to 10 mph.
