TODAY INTO TONIGHT AS A DEVELOPING LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM TRACKS
SLOWLY EAST ALONG THE NORTH CAROLINA BORDER. AN ISOLATED STORM
COULD BECOME SEVERE DURING THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING...PRIMARILY
SOUTH AND EAST OF THE TRIANGLE. LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL AND
ISOLATED FLASH FLOODING WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE.
