THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF THE MISSOURI
OZARKS AND EXTREME SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED...

  LIMITED HAIL RISK.
  LIMITED THUNDERSTORM WIND DAMAGE RISK.
  LIMITED LIGHTNING RISK.
  LIMITED NON THUNDERSTORM WIND RISK.

DISCUSSION...

AN AREA OF SHOWERS WITH ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO
TRACK EAST ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE EASTERN OZARKS LATE THIS
MORNING...ENDING EARLY THIS AFTERNOON. NO SEVERE WEATHER IS
  EXPECTED THIS MORNING.

GUSTY NON THUNDERSTORM WINDS WILL OCCUR ON THE BACK EDGE OF THE
SHOWERS AS THEY END THIS MORNING. WIND GUSTS OF 30 TO 40 MPH
CAN BE EXPECTED FOR A SHORT PERIOD LATE THIS MORNING ACROSS
  SOUTHERN MISSOURI.

STORMS MAY THEN RE-DEVELOP LATER THIS AFTERNOON ON REMNANT
OUTFLOW BOUNDARIES. THERE IS UNCERTAINTY IF STORMS WILL BE ABLE
TO RE- DEVELOP HOWEVER. IF THE SUN CAN COME OUT BEHIND THIS
MORNINGS CONVECTION AND ENOUGH WARMING CAN OCCUR THERE COULD BE
A LIMITED CHANCE FOR A FEW OF THE STRONGEST STORMS BEING
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING HAIL TO THE SIZE OF QUARTERS AND DAMAGING
  WINDS TO 60 MPH.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY.

MULTIPLE ROUNDS OF THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO IMPACT THE
REGION THROUGH THIS WEEKEND. ALTHOUGH THERE WILL BE BREAKS AND
  DRY PERIODS BETWEEN THE ROUNDS.

ALONG WITH FREQUENT LIGHTNING...LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS
APPEAR TO BE THE PRIMARY SEVERE WEATHER THREAT FROM THE
  STRONGEST STORMS.

HEAVY RAINFALL OVER THE SAME AREAS COULD RESULT IN LOCALIZED
  FLOODING CONCERNS.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

SPOTTER ACTIVATION WILL NOT BE NEEDED THROUGH TONIGHT.
