THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF THE MISSOURI
OZARKS AND EXTREME SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.

  NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY.

  GUSTY SOUTHWESTERLY WINDS WILL OCCUR TUESDAY AHEAD OF A COLD
  FRONT...WITH GUSTY NORTHERLY WINDS OCCURRING BEHIND THE FRONT
  TUESDAY NIGHT. A FEW GUSTS TO AROUND 30 MPH CAN BE EXPECTED.

  AS THE COLD FRONT SWEEPS ACROSS THE REGION...RAIN WILL CHANGE
  OVER TO A MIX OF RAIN...SNOW...AND FREEZING RAIN...BEFORE
  CHANGING OVER TO ALL SNOW. VERY LIGHT ICE ACCUMULATIONS WILL BE
  POSSIBLE LATE TUESDAY NIGHT AND EARLY WEDNESDAY. SNOW WILL THEN
  CONTINUE FOR MUCH OF THE DAY ON WEDNESDAY...WITH ACCUMULATING
  SNOW EXPECTED. THE HIGHEST ACCUMULATIONS WILL BE SOUTH OF
  I-44...WHERE BETWEEN TWO AND FIVE INCHES OF SNOW WILL BE
  POSSIBLE. LOWER AMOUNTS CAN BE EXPECTED ALONG AND NORTH OF I-44.
  A SHARP CUTOFF IS EXPECTED ALONG THE NORTHERN EDGE OF THE
  SNOW...AND A CHANGE IN STORM TRACK OF JUST 20 OR 30 MILES COULD
  RESULT IN SIGNIFICANT CHANGES TO FORECAST SNOW AMOUNTS.

  WIND CHILLS IN THE SINGLE DIGITS WILL THEN BE POSSIBLE
  WEDNESDAY...THURSDAY AND FRIDAY MORNINGS. WIND CHILLS THURSDAY
  MORNING MAY DROP BELOW ZERO IN SOME LOCATIONS.
