This hazardous weather outlook is for east central...north
central and northeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

A winter weather advisory remains in effect for much of the area
until 10 AM. Snow covered roads will be slick and difficult to
drive on.

Another round of snow is likely tonight. New snow amounts around 1
inch are forecast. Snow could begin to move in from the north
around 6 PM. It is expected to be exiting to the south around 6 AM
Monday. Additional snowfall could continue to make travel
conditions difficult if caution is not used.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Wind chill readings are forecast to range from 15 below to 20
below zero Monday night through Tuesday morning. At these
temperatures, unprotected skin could suffer frostbite in as little
as 30 minutes.


Spotters are encouraged to report snowfall amounts to the
National Weather Service in Topeka.
