This Hazardous weather outlook is for western South Dakota and
Northeastern Wyoming.


No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

A significant winter storm with heavy snow and gusty winds may
affect parts of the region from Wednesday night into Friday
morning of next week. Current long range models place the east to
west oriented band of greatest snow accumulation anywhere from
across Nebraska, to across northeastern Wyoming and western South

The strength of the system also varies considerably, with
snowfall amounts in the various models ranging from a few inches,
to a foot or more. Stay tuned for further updates on this
potential winter storm.


Spotter activation will not be needed today.
