Severe Weather for the Upper Midwest Tuesday; Dangerous Heat Returns to the Southwest

Severe thunderstorms are expected over the Upper Midwest states Tuesday. Damaging wind gusts, large hail and a couple of tornadoes are possible, with the greatest threat expected from southern Minnesota into central Wisconsin.
