Severe Thunderstorm and Flash Flood Risk Continues for the Central/Southern Plains; Heat Wave Continues in the East

A Moderate Risk of severe thunderstorms is in place tonight for the threat of widespread, damaging thunderstorm wind gusts, large hail, and a few tornadoes across the southern and central High Plains.
