Tropical Storm Alberto Brings Heavy Rainfall and Flooding to South Texas; Heavy Rainfall Threat in the Northern Plains

Heavy rainfall and flooding associated with Tropical Storm Alberto will continue to impact portions of South Texas, especially along the coast through Thursday. This rainfall will likely produce flash, urban and river flooding. On Thursday, thunderstorms are forecast to develop across portions of the Northern Plains.
