Winter Weather Headlines Remain in Effect for Heavy Snow and High Winds Through Thursday Morning for Portions of the Area

Cold front brings rain to most of the region, but snow to the West Virginia mountains, where 4 to 8 inches of snow are expected. Due to the combination of heavy snow and high winds, a Blizzard Warning is in effect for the northern West Virginia higher elevations from 10 AM thru 10 AM Thursday.
