Severe Weather from the Ohio Valley into the Appalachians; Tropical Storm Watch for the Florida Keys

Isolated to scattered severe thunderstorms and heavy rain are possible across portions of the Ohio and Tennessee Valleys into the Appalachians. High surf, coastal flooding and rip currents will remain a concern for most of the eastern seaboard into midweek.
