The latest Central Pacific Hurricane Center forecast track brings major hurricane Lane closer to Hawaii later this week. A strong low and associated cold front will bring a threat of strong to severe thunderstorms and heavy rain to portions of the Ohio Valley, Mid-Atlantic, and Northeast.
