Major Winter Storm Ongoing in the Upper Midwest and Great Lakes; Severe Weather Along the East Coast

A major winter storm will continue to bring blizzard conditions, heavy snowfall, icing, and strong winds through today across the Upper Midwest and Upper Great Lakes.
