Heavy Rain and Strong Winds Across the Northwest; Snow across the Great Lakes and Northeast

The Pacific Northwest remains active with more rain and potential flooding. Strong winds will extend inland across the state of Montana and northern Rockies. Across the Great Lakes and northeast, a clipper type system will bring more snow to the region with heavier lake effect snow downwind of the Great Lakes.
