bringing increased winds and heavy rain to the panhandle. The
eastern Gulf will see SE fresh to strong breezes of 17 to
27 kts, with speeds peaking through Saturday morning. The inner
channels will continue to see sustained winds of 15 to 20 kts
through the weekend.
