Synopsis: High pressure in the Gulf and over the panhandle
will continue to break down and exit the area as a low moves
southeast towards Haida Gwaii through Tuesday. Northerly winds are
expected to strengthen Monday evening into Tuesday. These winds
look to diminish during the day on Thursday ahead of the next low
that moves into the Gulf.
