Synopsis: Outflow conditions continue to weaken this afternoon while some snow showers continue to affect the panhandle. Winds are expected to increase to fresh to strong breezes in response to the an approaching low tomorrow. Outflow conditions are expected to return to most of the panhandle by Monday.
