Synopsis: Multiple areas of low pressure rotate over the SE Gulf. Snow
showers linger over the southern Gulf and the southern inner
channels. Northerly and easterly outflow continues across the
northern inner channels and out through ocean entrances, with
near gale to gale force winds.
