Synopsis: Northerly outflow diminishes into Saturday night along the inner
channels. On Sunday, another low enters the Gulf increasing
southwesterly winds and seas. Front moves into panhandle Sunday
bringing southerly fresh to strong breezes to the inner channels
Sunday night. Winds will begin to diminish Monday and Tuesday.
