Synopsis: High pressure dissipates through the evening as a low moves into the Gulf of Alaska. Expecting a shift in wind direction overnight and the development of moderate to fresh breezes along the outer coast. Sea breezes in the northern inner channels diminish again overnight, becoming light and variable, with the possibility for fog formation. Seas gradually build through Thursday.
