Synopsis: Relatively benign marine conditions expected across the panhandle this evening with the exception of S-ly moderate to fresh breezes in Lynn Canal. Southerly to easterly winds will increase overnight as a strengtheing low lifts north into the Gulf on Friday. Strong to gale breezes and 8 to 12 ft seas for the Gulf and outer coastal waters on Friday as the low lifts north through the Gulf, along with fresh to strong S to SE-ly in the inner channels. Elevated marine conditions continue into the weekend as another large low lifts into the Gulf.
