storm force for much of our coastal zones. Seas are expected to
build 35 to 40 ft along the eastern gulf of Alaska by Thursday.
Today
SW wind 5 to 10 kt becoming E in the afternoon. Partly sunny. Seas around 9 ft.
Tonight
ENE wind 25 to 30 kt decreasing to 15 to 20 kt after midnight. Rain, mainly after 9pm. The rain could be heavy at times. Seas 9 to 11 ft.
Thursday
ESE wind 30 to 40 kt becoming SW in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 50 kt. Rain. Seas 14 ft building to 22 ft.
Thursday Night
SW wind 25 to 35 kt decreasing to 10 to 20 kt after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 45 kt. Rain. Seas 22 ft subsiding to 13 ft.
