Synopsis: A weakening area of low pressure southwest of Yakutat will move
east through tonight. A gale force low will develop over the
north Pacific and move to just west of Haida Gwaii
Saturday...bringing increased winds and seas to the southern
Alaska Panhandle and Dixon Entrance region early in the weekend.
Another stronger area of low pressure...potentially
strengthening to storm force...will move from the north Pacific
into the central Gulf of Alaska on Monday.

SSE wind 25 to 30 kt, with gusts as high as 40 kt. Rain. Patchy fog between midnight and 3am. Seas around 6 ft.

SE wind 15 to 20 kt becoming S 10 to 15 kt in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 30 kt. A chance of rain, mainly before 9am. Seas 5 ft subsiding to 2 ft.
