through Saturday. Winds increase to fresh to near Gale through
the afternoon across the inner channels. Moderate to heavy
snowfall is expected through Saturday with brief periods of
visibilities below 1 nm expected. Outflow conditions are
expected to return to most of the panhandle by Monday.
