Winter Storm Impacting The Northeast And New England, Inclement Pattern Over The West

An early spring Nor'easter will bring heavy snow, gusty winds, coastal flooding, and dangerous travel conditions from the Northeast U.S. to southern New England. Snow will end from west to east during Thursday morning, with improving conditions to follow.
