Heavy Rain And Flood Threat Continues For California, Critical Fire Weather Over The Plains, Wintry Conditions For The Midwest

Active weather pattern will continue across the U.S. into the weekend. Heavy rain with the continued risk of burn scar flooding will persist into Friday over central and southern California. Over the Plains and Desert Southwest, dry conditions will lead to extremely critical fire weather into Saturday.
